Role Summary

Be a reference for the store's new entrants, accompanying them in their adaptation and learning of the store's tasks and procedures.

Be responsible for some more complex operational tasks: waste minimization, reception of certain suppliers, inventory control, among others.

As a Senior reference, accompanies the Store Manager and/or Shift Supervisor with some delegations of tasks that help the better functioning and operational coordination of the store.

Responsibilities

It also performs Picker tasks, such as

• Carry out picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders ensuring the expected level of service (place order in a timely manner, aligned with the correct packaging process and without modifying orders).
• Receive and stock merchandise in compliance with the company's safety, hygiene and order standards. Record everything in the inventory system in a timely manner.
• Ensure and control that the merchandise is as requested in the purchase orders.
• Ensure and control expiration dates and the quality of the merchandise received (cold chain, breakages, etc.).
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Participate with the Store Manager in the inventory control process.
• Participate in the process of collecting and delivering orders to riders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the position of Senior Warehouse Assistant or similar.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience being a team leader.
• Availability to work rotating schedules, within the time slot from 7am to 11pm. They work 6 days a week, with 1 rotating day off.
