Role Summary

The best leaders do not create results alone.

They build strong teams. They develop people. They set the standard for the culture around them. And they create an environment where people look forward to coming to work and delivering their best.

At foodora market, we believe that the best managers are those who are able to bring people along, create energy and get the team to perform a little more than they thought they could.

We are now looking for our next Store Manager for Majorstuen - a person who wants more than just a management role. A person who wants to build a team, develop future leaders and create results through people.

If you are motivated by responsibility, leadership and results, this could be the role for you.

As Store Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's operation, employees, culture and results.

You are responsible for creating an environment where employees thrive, develop and deliver their best every day. At the same time, you ensure that the store's KPIs, customer experience and operational standards maintain a high level.

You are measured by results, but you succeed primarily through the people around you.

This is the role for you who want to build a strong culture, develop people and create results in one of Norway's most modern retail and logistics concepts.

What makes the role unique?

At foodora market, management is an operational discipline.

You don't manage from an office. You lead through presence, energy and action.

Some days are about coaching, development talks and culture building. Other days are about solving challenges in real time, supporting the team on the floor and ensuring that operations flow when the pace is at its highest.

We can't promise a gym membership, but we can promise that your smartwatch will be able to run itself. A quiet day with us can quickly mean around 20,000 steps.

If you like being close to both people and operations, you will be happy with us.

  • With us you get
  • Responsibility for your own shop and your own results
  • The opportunity to build and develop your own team

We are always looking for new superheroes who contribute with positivity, energy and a desire to develop. As Store Manager, you get the opportunity to leave your mark on both people, culture and results - and help develop future leaders in the foodora market.

  • Great impact on culture, operations and results
  • A central leadership role in a company with strong growth
