Role Summary

We, Honeytech, are a dynamic, fast-growing project that has created a platform with comics in Asian style and has already become #1 in its niche! Imagine Netflix, but for comics - in just a few years, we gathered 10+ million users, challenged the giants from South Korea and proved that we can build a world-class product from Ukraine!

We have even bigger challenges ahead - we are not going to stop scaling, we are launching new products and we are looking for a result-oriented User Acquisition Specialist for TikTok who is not afraid of big budgets and will help us grow!

Responsibilities

• Run advertising campaigns on TikTok.
• Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Participate in the development of infrastructure for network automation.
• Engage in brainstorms to generate new ideas.

You are our ideal new colleague if you have

• Work experience in performance marketing from 1.5 years (with TikTok or Meta/Snapchat/Google).
• Experience with marketing budgets from 100K+/month.
• Understanding of the main marketing metrics (CPA, CR, CPC, LTV, ROMI etc), the ability to analyze and evaluate the impact of your actions on them.
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or higher.
