UI/UX Design Specialist (Web App)

Role Summary

Nuuvem, a leader in digital game distribution in Latin America, is known for its deep passion for games and a strong presence in the market. We are looking for talent to join our pro players guild, earning lots of XP along the way.

We are looking for a UI/UX Design Specialist to take on technical leadership and full ownership, focusing on building a new experience for your newest project: spawnd.gg. Someone with high analytical skills, tactical responsibility and a solid foundation in UX to manage stakeholder expectations and defend information architecture and interface decisions safely.

In this chair, you will take on an ongoing project. Your first major mission in the initial 90 days will be to deliver a structural diagnosis of the current experience and present an action plan for redesigning and improving this experience, focusing on the platform's objectives.

We expect purposeful action. You must defend the design with technical propriety, bring a holistic vision to the project and interpret stakeholder feedback, transforming it into real good experiences for users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural diagnosis and end-to-end design of the new Spawnd project experience, mapping problems and proposing more efficient user-focused solutions and navigation flows.
• Conduct usability research (UX Research) and analyze empirical data to support information architecture decisions and optimize the development and experience validation phases.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes, interfaces and prototypes in Figma, ensuring aesthetic refinement and rigorous application of Design Systems.
• Articulate the design strategy directly with Product Owners, Engineering and executive leaders, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility and user experience.
• Defend architectural and interface decisions objectively, identifying inconsistencies in demands and directing the product towards validated solutions.
• Ensure the systemic integrity of the platform design, ensuring that local changes respect the design system at all points of the interface.

The modality for this position is PJ, with an approximate salary range of R$12,618.34 to R$13,705.00.

UI/UX Design specialist to work at spawnd.gg, will be a challenge with room for innovative solutions, combining creative and functional design to offer users a premium experience.

Requirements

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer on complex digital products.

Mandatory Focus on Web Apps and UX: Portfolio that demonstrates in-depth experience in the design and execution of end-to-end Web Apps, user research (UX Research), execution of experience diagnostics, navigation flows and information architecture. Operations restricted to mobile or strictly visual do not meet the needs of the vacancy.

• Tools and Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of Figma, construction of complex flows combined with impeccable aesthetic refinement, prototyping and experience in applying Design Systems to web products.
• Proficient English: Fluency in reading and technical writing. All documentation and routine work with partners will be conducted in this language.
• Differential: Familiarity with the games market. Understanding what constitutes a good native experience for this audience will reduce your learning curve.
