Role Summary
Help our customers take the next step in their AI journey – from experiments and copilots to AI agents that automate, augment and transform real business processes.
Do you want to be part of shaping how next-generation AI creates concrete business value? We are looking for a Transformation Consultant within Agentic AI and Automation who wants to help organizations move from idea to scalable solutions, with the right governance, clear impact and sustainable change.
With us, you work at the intersection between strategy, technology and business development. You help customers understand where AI agents create the most value, how solutions should be designed and what is required organizationally to succeed.
In the role, you drive strategic initiatives within AI and automation and work closely with both operations and IT. You identify where agent-based solutions can make a real difference and translate that into concrete initiatives - from analysis to implementation.
This means new opportunities to
- automate more complex processes
- increase quality and reduce lead times
- free up time and increase scalability
At the same time, it requires clear strategy, secure data management, traceability and an organization ready to work together with AI agents.
Responsibilities
Among other things, you will
- develop the business case, target picture and roadmap for AI initiatives
- identify and prioritize processes where APA creates measurable value
- contribute to the design of the operating model, governance and principles for human control, responsibility and follow-up
- work closely with technical teams around solution design and integration
- drive change management linked to new working methods and roles
A central part of the role is to ensure that the solutions are not only built but also used, scaled and create impact in the business.
We are looking for you as
Has experience in strategy, management consulting or business development, in combination with digital transformation and automation. You are used to working with decision makers and complex organizations, and have a good understanding of how business, processes and technology are connected.
Requirements
You recognize yourself in the following
- experience in developing business cases, decision documents and transformation plans
- ability to translate technical opportunities into concrete business benefit
- strong analytical and communicative skills
- fluent Swedish and English
- you have worked with, for example, generative AI, RPA, process mining or questions connected to governance, risk and security
