- Rhine-Main area (Seligenstadt, Gelnhausen, Langen, Frankfurt/Main) | Gelnhausen vocational school + inter-company training at PBA in Langen in a block model and at the customer's site
- From August 1st, 2026, 3.5 years, 35 hours/week
- 1st year: 1,236 EUR, 2nd year: 1,298 EUR, 3rd year: 1,388 EUR, 4th year: 1,506 EUR

- You are responsible for ensuring that our customers' systems function reliably, thereby making a direct contribution to safe and sustainable energy infrastructures. You take responsibility for installation, maintenance and commissioning and, together with your team, ensure that technical solutions are implemented quickly and smoothly

- In the first year of your apprenticeship, you will learn all the basics at the vocational school and in the training workshop and then work in various areas such as commissioning, maintenance, modernization and troubleshooting - so you will get to know the many sides of technology at the customer's site
- You install and maintain refrigeration systems and ensure that everything works safely
- You find and fix errors in refrigeration systems - so that machines run reliably
- You will get to know exciting fields of application: data centers and container data centers, clean room solutions, laboratories, building installations and networks, production and process engineering systems

- Reliability, curiosity and desire to be on the move
- Already existing driving license or the motivation to acquire one by the end of the 1st year of training

For this position in Germany, the annual target salary is at least EUR 44,160 per year. This includes the basic salary as well as a performance-related variable salary component. The salary for this position applies to candidates with full-time contracts located within Germany. Our salary bands are determined by reviewing roles with similar responsibilities and levels.
