Role Summary

SAP Manufacturing / SAP MII Support Analyst (Junior)

We are looking for a professional with an analytical, organized profile and ease of learning to support integrations and processes related to SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII). The professional will support operational activities, interface monitoring, data analysis, monitoring of indicators and support for the business and manufacturing areas, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the stability of the environment.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring and analysis of SAP MII interfaces and integrations;
• Assist with incident investigation and problem resolution;
• Monitor calls, requests and operational demands;
• Support data validation and system testing activities;
• Update technical and functional documentation;
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives;
• Act as support in communication between technical teams and business areas;
• Monitor indicators and prepare operational reports when necessary;
• Participate in monitoring and project meetings;

Support activities related to SAP Manufacturing and its integrations.

Requirements

• Analytical, organized and proactive profile;
• Ease of learning and interest in technical and functional development;
• Good communication and ability to work in a team;
• Experience or knowledge in systems support, application integration and data analysis;
• Knowledge in SAP Manufacturing, SAP MII or industrial processes will be considered an advantage;
• Commitment to quality, problem solving and continuous improvement.
