Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills
• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related careers.
• Participation in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition (latest version) implementation project.
• Specific knowledge in Costs (CO), CO-PA, Material Ledger (ML) and Budget Management.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one complete SAP implementation project taken from start to finish (requirements gathering, go-live and stabilization).
• CO Configuration: Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Product Costing.
• Specific experience in CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
• Specific experience in Material Ledger (ML) / Current Costing, including inventory valuation and calculation of actual costs.
• Specific experience in Budget processes: planning, distribution and control of budget execution.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for S/4HANA Cloud implementations (Fit-to-Standard, Q-Gates, Sprints).
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, testing and training of end users.
• Preparation of functional documentation (BPD, functional specifications, manuals and test cases).

• Requirements analysis.
• Documentation of processes and gaps (Fit-Gap).
• Training for key and end users.
• Identification and management of risks, gaps or deviations.
• Preparation of progress and monitoring reports.
• Coordination with technical and functional teams.

Desirable (Technical Skills)

• Specialization or complementary training in SAP FICO/S4HANA Finance, Costs, Profitability Analysis or Budget Management.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition or On-Premise implementation projects.
• Knowledge of the methodological particularities of S/4HANA Cloud.
• Knowledge of the differences between S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition and On-Premise.
• Basic knowledge of S/4HANA extensibility tools (APIs, CDS Views).
• Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations (IFRS/GAAP depending on the client's country).

Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

• Analyze, design and configure Cost (CO), Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Product Costing processes, and integration with FI.
• Configure and document CO-PA processes.
• Configure and document Material Ledger (ML) / Current Costing processes.
• Configure and document Budget Management processes.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and document Fit-Gap gaps.
• Perform customizing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
• Prepare complete functional documentation (BPD, functional specifications, test cases and user manuals).
• Design and execute unit, integral and UAT tests.
• Provide functional training to key and end users.
• Coordinate developments, interfaces, reports and forms with technical teams (ABAP/BTP).
• Execute monthly, quarterly and annual cost closures, including Material Ledger closure.
• Identify and escalate risks, gaps or deviations.
• Prepare progress and monitoring reports.
