Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and brands.
• Negotiate commercial deals and secure participation in campaigns and seasonal events.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with merchants' short- and long-term goals.
• Monitor and improve seller performance metrics, including cancellation rate, return rate, shipping lead time, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Manage merchants through scalable incubation programs, tools, and platform initiatives.
• Drive GMV growth and strengthen merchant performance on the platform.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in relevant categories.
• Strong network with brands and major merchants.
• Familiarity with social media and e-Commerce ecosystems.
• Intermediate-level speaking proficiency in Mandarin, as this role will manage Chinese sellers and use Mandarin as one of the primary languages

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Experience in Electronics category.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and logical problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of the electronics industry.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling the Electronics category by building a high-performing team, identifying key sub-categories, and driving growth through merchant acquisition, incubation, and performance management. You will work cross-functionally to define and execute a competitive category strategy that drives sales, enhances customer experience, and strengthens market positioning.
