Role Summary

We are a family-run TGA engineering office in Berlin with more than 30 years of experience in the construction sector with a focus on planning technical systems of KG 400 according to DIN 276.

For our team we are looking for an experienced TGA project manager / senior project engineer who can lead projects technically and organizationally and who can potentially take on a professional leadership position in the company.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and control of demanding TGA projects
• Responsibility for quality, deadlines, costs and planning progress for Lph 1-8
• Coordination of the TGA trades and interfaces of KG 400
• Central contact person for clients, architecture, project management and specialist planners

Requirements

• Study of supply technology, building technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• years of well-founded experience in TGA specialist planning
• Experience in independently managing projects and project teams
• Good knowledge of HOAI, KG 400 according to DIN 276 as well as planning and construction processes in Germany
• Confident demeanor towards clients and project participants
• Understanding of costs, deadlines and economical project processing

What matters is not whether you meet every requirement 100%. We are looking for someone who is familiar with TGA and can take on responsibility.
