Role Summary

uNaice is a pioneer in the area of automated content production and automated data preparation and enrichment.

We develop customers who are on the wave of digitalization. Our customers include: Top players in e-commerce such as adidas, Wago, TUI, C&A, but also publishers such as Neue Westfälische Zeitung, Volksstimme and, above all, international manufacturers, with very large amounts of data and a need for international content.

Our work enables the industry's pioneers to automatically standardize, smooth, structure and enrich data and/or content, all fully automatically. In short: We can turn texts into data sets with attributes and attribute values, or create and publish unique, high-conversion and SEO-relevant product descriptions and category pages from data at the push of a button. And in 110 languages.

Your registered place of residence is in Germany. You also work in Germany.

You speak German and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• You support us in selling our products in German-speaking countries - by telephone, remotely.
• Your tasks are clearly defined and fully geared towards addressing target customers.

This is what you do with us

• Direct telephone contact of pre-qualified contacts (cold calls)
• Presentation of the News Stream 3.0 and DataNaicer product using training material and discussion guides
• Determination of needs and argumentation of the advantages for the target groups (coaches, consultants, interim managers, etc.)
• Arrange appointments for a product demo with our sales team
• Documentation of your activities in the CRM system

Requirements

• You have experience in telephone sales / tele-sales / setters, especially in cold calling
• You enjoy talking on the phone, are convincing, structured and persistent
• You work independently, are reliable and want to deliver results
• You live in Germany and speak German fluently
• You don't need to know English - you only speak to German-speaking customers
• You would like to get involved in a product that creates real added value
