SETBT, Low Voltage Switchboard Equipment Systems, is a dynamic factory on a human scale located near Rennes.
A true center of global expertise specializing in supply engineering and the production of Low Voltage switchboards, SETBT is an innovative factory capable of transforming our customers' bold ideas into reality.
Make offers following the rules of the POC (Order Obtaining Process). Transmit the order to the PM according to the rules of the Order Processing Process in force. Contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the brand image of the Schneider Group.
Analyze the client's specifications
- Write a technical specification
- Carry out the costing or provide additional costing according to the management rules in force between the Back-Office and the Front-Office
- Propose the completion time compatible with customer demand and internal constraints
- Validate or have validated the technical solutions of the proposed offer (handle feasibility requests with the technical department)
Participate in prescription or negotiation actions at the request of the Front Office:
- Contribute to the negotiation phase on technical aspects
- Participate in customer visits
Ensure delegation for single-equipment offers
Periodically visit the Front Offices
Transmit the order to the PM according to the rules of the PTC (Order Processing Process)
- Transmit the costing elements, as well as the order from the Front-office to the PM of the Back-Office
- Communicate all technical and economic elements to minimize the risks involved during the transfer
Contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the brand image of the Schneider Group
Guarantee and improve customer satisfaction
- Listen to the customer and provide them with the necessary welcome and assistance during all upstream and downstream phases (establishing the offer, completion, etc.)
- Structuring communication with the Front Office to enable it to effectively inform the customer in all stages of the process before ordering and during completion
Contribute to the brand image of the Schneider Group by ensuring and respecting the rules of the Back Office specifications (management of hotlines, responsiveness to requests, etc.).
The role is based in Chartres de Bretagne, you may be required to travel occasionally.
