Production Maintenance Technician Position F/M

As part of the operational objectives of its sector and in compliance with safety, quality and environmental procedures and rules:

The Production Maintenance Technician guarantees the proper functioning of equipment, performance and improvement in compliance with standardized processes and maintenance plans.

We are looking for a senior operator to take charge of maintenance operations and guarantee the reliability of equipment in our factory. This is your opportunity to drive preventive maintenance initiatives, optimize processes and have a concrete impact on operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out level 3, 4 and 5 corrective maintenance operations: analyze,
  • diagnose and resolve problems on the entire machine fleet in its sector.
  • Carry out level 3, 4 and 5 preventive and predictive maintenance operations according to the computer-assisted maintenance management schedule.
  • Monitor indicators and performance of means of production.
  • Contribute, through the monitoring of indicators and performances of the means of production, to the improvement of the means of production and the reduction of maintenance costs by proposing possible investments, in collaboration with the methods department for the implementation.
  • Train operators in level 1 to 3 maintenance to make them autonomous.
  • Receives intervention requests, training in preventive maintenance
  • level l and/or level ll, transmission of instructions.
  • Collaborates with maintenance teams and proposes solutions and actions, planning interventions.
  • Guarantor of the maintenance function for a given sector.
  • Respect health, safety, security, environment and energy procedures and rules.

CMMS

  • Complete all interventions in the CMMS.
  • Follow preventive plans and consult histories.
  • Help update ranges and technical sheets.

Improvements

  • Be a force for proposals on ergonomics, performance and quality.
  • Identify areas for improvement on the lines.
  • Participate in reliability actions.
  • The Production Maintenance Technician reports to the production team manager who transmits instructions and objectives and validates actions through the animation cycle.

For this position based in France the annual salary range is EUR 29,840 - EUR 44,760. This range includes the base salary as well as the target annual bonus. This salary range applies to candidates working full-time and based in France. It is determined with reference to positions comparable in terms of responsibility and level. Individual remuneration is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential as well as relevant training or diplomas.
