Technical system expert for the Buderus East sales area (f/m/div.)

Role Summary

As a technical specialist, you know the Buderus system components in detail and use your specialist knowledge to support planning and advice in project business.

You independently plan and design complex systems (systems) based on customer inquiries and thus make an important contribution to the successful implementation of projects in technical system sales.

You will use your expert knowledge in a targeted manner to competently answer technical questions from planning offices, public institutions and sales employees.

In addition, you will independently conduct technical training on various system components for our sales employees and impart your know-how in a practical manner.

When finding solutions, you will work closely with internal specialist departments and support our sales employees with complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Education: completed technical studies, alternatively further training as a heating engineer or state-certified technician in the heating industry
• Experience and know-how: several years of professional experience in the plant business; in-depth knowledge of air conditioning and control technology, hydraulics and digitalization; very good product and system knowledge; confident handling of SAP and CRM; Industry knowledge in the SHK sector

Personality and way of working: You are characterized by your own initiative, commitment and quick comprehension; You analyze complex issues in a structured manner, communicate clearly and convincingly, work constructively in a team and appear confident at all times; In addition, you act flexibly, reliably and reliably and always focus on the needs of our customers

Languages: business fluent spoken and written German
