Role Summary

  • Full-cycle project management
  • Develop system development plans and control requirements analysis, design, development, integration, testing and mass production delivery milestones.
  • Identify technical risks (hardware compatibility, underlying software stability, system functional safety, function-aware software development)
  • Daily management of parking system projects
  • Plan and guide project development milestones (internal and external) and monitor progress (hardware, systems, software, etc.)
  • Cross-domain technical coordination
  • Lead the technical alignment among software (underlying driver/middleware), hardware (sensor/controller/actuator), and system (functional logic/human-computer interaction) teams
  • Ensure system-level requirements are broken down and verified on the ground.
  • Resource and delivery control
  • Monitor project progress, coordinate/lead iteration planning and cycle meetings, and provide regular project status reports
  • Project risk management, monitoring and ensuring project performance indicators meet targets
  • Responsible for the overall quality of the delivery system

-Manage, maintain and adjust project budgets, and support the team to integrate all project budgets and statuses

  • Mass production implementation support
  • Lead the system maturity verification before SOP, promote closed-loop issues, and support production line technology docking and customer delivery.

Requirements

  • Education background: Bachelor degree or above, computer, vehicle, automation, electronic engineering and other related majors;
  • Work experience: More than 5 years of ADAS project management experience, and has led at least 2 L2 and above autonomous driving mass production projects. Platform project and small domain control project development experience is preferred;
  • Technical ability:
  • Hardware: Familiar with sensors (USS/camera), domain controller development process and supply chain management;
  • Underlying software: Understand the AutoSAR architecture, MCU underlying driver development, OS transplantation and communication protocols (CAN/Ethernet);
  • System integration: Master the V model development process, and have experience in functional safety and system requirements decomposition;
  • Familiar with ASPICE development process or possess certification qualifications.
  • Soft skills:
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Japanese;
  • Have technical decision-making ability and can balance demand, cost and schedule based on data;
  • Excellent cross-department communication and conflict resolution skills, able to efficiently promote Chinese/foreign team collaboration;
  • Have strong ability to withstand stress and strong self-reflection ability.
