IT Service Delivery Manager - Ali Cloud

Role Summary

• Design, deploy and manage enterprise-level Alibaba Cloud infrastructure environment.
• Lead or participate in the planning, construction and management of Alibaba Cloud Landing Zone.
• Ensure the availability, security, compliance and operational stability of cloud infrastructure services.
• Responsible for the management and technical support of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Configure and manage infrastructure components such as networking, security, storage, databases and load balancing.
• Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure, network and application related issues.
• Promote automation and standardization through Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Work closely with security, application development and business teams to provide cloud solutions that comply with enterprise architecture standards.
• Support disaster recovery, backup, monitoring and continuous improvement of operations.
• Provide technical guidance, training and professional support to the technical team.

Educational background and certification requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related majors.
• Holders of Alibaba Cloud Professional Certification (ACP) or Expert Certification (ACE) are preferred.
• Candidates with cloud computing, network, security and other related certifications will be given priority.

Work experience requirements

Prerequisites

• More than 3 years of experience in Alibaba Cloud platform implementation and operation and maintenance.
• Experience in Alibaba Cloud Landing Zone planning and implementation.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux system administration.
• Familiar with database, cloud network and security architecture design.
• Experience in configuring cloud network and security components, including but not limited to VPC, VPN, firewall, WAF, load balancing, DNS, IAM and other services.
• Experience in enterprise-level cloud infrastructure construction and operation and maintenance.
• Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

priority conditions

• Experience in using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ROS, and Ansible.
• Experience in technical team management, people management or project management.
• Experience managing hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Familiar with IT service management (ITSM), operational governance and enterprise-level operation and maintenance systems.
