Role Summary

1. Coordinate/lead the internal team to develop new system functions according to market requirements and release them to customer projects at the same time;
2. Daily management of parking/driving system customer projects;
3. Plan and guide project development milestones (internal and external), and monitor progress (hardware, systems, software, etc.);
4. Negotiate delivery time and content with customers, suppliers and project teams;
5. Responsible for the overall quality of the delivery system;
6. Coordinate/lead iteration planning and cycle meetings, and provide regular project status reports;
7. Project risk management, monitoring and ensuring that project performance indicators reach targets;
8. Control, maintain and adjust project budget;
9. Support the team to integrate all project budgets and status.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, automation, connected vehicle engineering and other related majors;

More than 2.5 years of relevant experience in project management in the automotive field, with cross-domain project development experience preferred;

1. Familiar with project management processes, methods and tools;
2. Outstanding communication and understanding skills, cross-department coordination skills, learning skills and reporting and summarizing skills;
3. Have strong execution ability, have an overall view and pay attention to details, and have clear and logical thinking;
4. Have strong ability to withstand stress, high adversity quotient, and strong self-reflection ability;
5. Able to adapt to the client’s long-term business trips and on-site requirements;
6. Have good market insight and logical analysis skills;
7. Applicants with relevant development or management experience in the field of smart driving or integrated cockpit will be given priority;
8. Those with PMP and ACP related certificates are preferred; proficient in written and spoken English.
