As a Technical Project Manager, you are the driving force behind the development and control of project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot. From start to finish, you will be involved in all aspects of the project - including discovery, implementation, UAT, change management and integrations. Your expertise is crucial for managing project scope, assessing requirements and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.

🚀 Here are some of the tasks you will work on

1. Professional project scheduling and budget planning

Develop a project plan that meets stakeholder/customer requirements and delivers desired results within budget

Collaborate with resource managers to reliably predict necessary resource requirements and plan resources accordingly

Create and manage a budget that reflects the project scope and resources required

1. Structured project tracking, reporting and administration

Responsible for the creation, distribution and storage of all project documentation

Ensuring the timely preparation of briefings and clarifying unclear or incomplete issues

Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to ensure it aligns with client goals

1. Effective project communication, adherence to deadlines and customer satisfaction

Clearly identify problems and bring the right people together to solve them with the necessary urgency

Monitoring communication and ensuring that all customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and processed accordingly

Analysis of project performance, identification of potential for improvement as well as effective communication and control of project risks

🏗️ To be successful in this role, you should have the following

Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification in computer science, information science or a similar field

Several years of professional experience at senior level in the areas of system integrations and/or CRM implementation projects

Good knowledge of project management methods, ideally with appropriate formal further training

Experience in a consultancy, agency or software development company is a huge advantage
