Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting developers in defining solutions, disseminating good practices and making decisions related to the architecture and development of applications.

Technically lead the team's deliveries, supporting the refinement of demands, identifying risks, dependencies and proposing strategies to guarantee the quality and predictability of deliveries.

Promote the team's technical development through mentoring, code reviews and knowledge sharing, contributing to the continuous evolution of people, processes and solutions.

Develop, maintain and evolve backend applications using , ensuring quality, performance and scalability of solutions.

Design, develop and support APIs and integrations with internal systems and third-party services.

Implement new functionalities, perform bug fixes and work on continuous improvement of existing systems.

Participate in the analysis of requirements and the definition of technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews and adoption of good development practices.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, such as Product, Data, Architecture, DevOps and Front-end, to ensure value deliveries to the business.

Contribute to the evolution of architecture, development standards and technical documentation of projects.

Completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related areas.

Experience with backend development using

Solid knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with code versioning using Git.

Knowledge of software architecture, good development practices and design patterns.

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar).

Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems of medium and high complexity.

Differences

Experience with TypeScript.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar).

Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.

Knowledge in observability, monitoring and application performance.

Experience in e-commerce environments, digital products or high availability platforms.
