Role Summary

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the commercial support team
• Ensuring efficient work organization and high quality and service standards within the area of responsibility
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in processes, standards and working methods
• Overall responsibility for the planning, control and timely implementation of offer and tender processes
• Coordination of all relevant departments to successfully process complex customer inquiries and tenders
• Development of individual offer, presentation and solution concepts for new and existing customers
• Creation of convincing sales storylines and customer-oriented presentations for complex sales projects
• Translating customer requirements into innovative, economically viable and competitive security solutions
• Responsibility for sales documents, offer modules, references and the further development of the SharePoint Commercial Support area

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, security management or a comparable field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in bid management, tender management, commercial management, sales or a comparable environment
• Experience in technical and disciplinary leadership as well as in the development of employees
• Profound experience in managing complex, cross-departmental offer and tender processes
• Fluent written and spoken English as well as very good communication and presentation skills
• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with high conceptual strength and strong sales understanding
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as initiative, decision-making and organizational strength
