The position is located in Bischofsheim near Mainz (commercial area) and is full-time.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for leading a team including personnel management and planning in outgoing goods or incoming goods
• You ensure optimal utilization of your employees (up to 50 people) during your shift
• Controlling and monitoring the training of new employees
• Together with customer service you will find solutions for repeat orders and troubleshooting
• You adjust and monitor the availability and utilization of delivery slots
• Ensuring work and safety regulations as well as delivery times
• In collaboration with the area managers, you promote employees and support their growth

Requirements

This is what you bring with you

• Completed training in the field of logistics, catering or retail, e.g. as a warehouse logistics specialist, retail clerk, salesperson, etc. or alternatively relevant professional experience in a comparable environment, e.g. in production or operational business
• Experience as a manager with teams of 30 or more people
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday (5 days a week between midnight and 10 p.m.)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, well-organized and stress-resistant approach
• You can handle key figures and create and evaluate them
• Fluent English skills, other language skills such as Russian or Romanian are an advantage
