Team Leader - Assistant Supervisor (Warehouse)

Role Summary

As a warehouse group leader, your activities will be focused on supporting the supervisor of the assigned area, coordinating the necessary activities to ensure the flow of materials and thus comply with the indicators.

Activities

1. Coordinate the processing of components in accordance with the daily operation schedule, ensuring the availability of materials.
2. Ensure the use of reports in the order tracking system and make the necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies.
3. Verify that material movement transactions in the SAP system are being carried out correctly, ensuring that the system always shows reliability of quantity and location of materials.
4. Plan the necessary resources and coordinate the activities of the personnel under your charge.
5. Establish actions focused on maintaining an environment of cleanliness and order based on the 5's discipline in the warehouse area.
6. Comply with the responsibilities described in the management systems documentation.
7. Know and apply the Safety, Hygiene and Environment policies, being within their responsibilities:

a) Comply with applicable legal and corporate requirements.

b) Comply with the security procedures applicable to your area.

c) Participate in training and tests that may be scheduled according to the risk level of your area.

d) Participate in safety and environmental programs.

Requirements

• High school or truncated engineering
• English desirable
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar activities
• Inventory management and control
• Elementary knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Safe operation of commercial vehicles desirable
• Management of unionized personnel, desirable
• Handling of chemical products desirable
• Desirable SAP system
