Role Summary

• Currently we are looking for a candidate for the position of:
• Tax & Accounting Process Lead
• Location: Lodz - hybrid or remote

Responsibilities

• Performing Finance & Accounting and Tax processes within internal and external projects
• Conducting data analysis and providing clear data overviews to support decision-making
• Participating in and leading client calls, including discussions and negotiations
• Active involvement in various tax-related projects
• Designing, implementing and driving improvements across business processes
• Supporting engagements related to tax processes
• Participation in indirect tax projects, such as tax treatment and process reviews or transitioning tax processes from the client to the outsourcing partner
• Actively contributing to the Continuous Improvement culture, identifying optimization opportunities and supporting best practices

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting processes, including RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax, or in a similar role
• Very good command of English (min. B2) - essential for client communication
• Very good command of Polish (min. B2) - essential for client communication
• Strong knowledge of SAP
• Good command of MS Excel, including report preparation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and usage/maintenance of VBA macros
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles, including calls and negotiations
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach
• Highly developed analytical skills, with strong attention to detail when working with data and reports
• Excellent organizational skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks or projects with varying deadlines
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment
• Project management experience will be considered a strong asset
