We are creating a Talent Bank in the Technology area for professionals who speak Spanish and are interested in working on innovative projects, with the possibility of participating in regional and international initiatives.

This talent pool will be used for future opportunities at different levels of seniority and technical specialties.

Opportunities may include, among others, the following fronts

• Software Development (Front-end, Back-end and Full Stack)
• Data Engineering / BI
• QA/Testing
• DevOps/Cloud
• Information Security
• Technical Support / Infrastructure
• Systems/Product Analysis
• UX/UI
• Technology Project and Product Management
• Brazil (flexible work model: remote, hybrid or in-person – depending on future opportunities)
• 📋 We are looking for a person who has:
• Training or practical experience in the field of Technology
• Previous experience in your area of technical specialty
• Spanish from basic level (reading, writing and/or speaking, as appropriate)
• Desire to work in collaborative and dynamic environments
• Availability to participate in future selection processes

Requirements

🎯 Differentiators

Intermediate, advanced or fluent Spanish

• English (variable level)
• Experience with international projects or multicultural teams
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
