Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
• Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
• Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs.
• Support new project (s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
• Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people;
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for turning insights into action;
• Very organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Majoring in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields, has recruitment or HR related internship experience is preferred;
• Exceptional communication skills, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
