• Operation, administration and further development of Microsoft-based customer environments
• Analysis and resolution of complex disruptions in the Microsoft environment
• Planning, implementation and documentation of changes and technical projects
• Recording, analyzing and evaluating technical customer requirements
• Maintenance and proactive care of the supported systems and cloud services
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base entries

• You have experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory
• Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• Windows Server, Hyper-V and Azure local
• Microsoft Exchange on-premises or hybrid

Requirements

You also have

• Completed training as an IT specialist, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• several years of practical experience in the operation and administration of Microsoft infrastructures
• the desire to further develop yourself professionally and sharpen your profile in a targeted manner
• Strong communication skills, initiative and team orientation
