Role Summary

Schneider Electric is a global leader in energy management and automation, with a strong presence in the data center sector, especially in the field of prefabricated data centers. The Barcelona factory is dedicated to carrying out ETO (Engineer to Order) projects, from which we mainly provide service to Europe, guaranteeing proximity, agility and quality in our projects.

Description

You will be part of the quality team in Barcelona, being part of a team of 7 people focused on inspections, audits, non-conformity management and continuous improvement. In a context of business growth we need to incorporate a highly autonomous profile, motivated to join this growth project.

The mission will be to participate in the project execution stage as a factory quality representative.

Responsibilities

  • Temporary Quality Wall (TQW) Maintenance
  • Management of supplier non-conformities
  • Supplier root cause analysis support
  • Maintenance of the KPI Defect Parts per Million (DPPM)
  • Supplier audits
  • Supplier qualification and development

Requirements

  • First/B2 level of English in a work environment, ability to hold technical discussions Degree or Master in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Proficient in 8D, 5 Why's and Ishikawa analysis
  • Experience in audits and supplier qualification
  • Teamwork skills
  • Experience in the data center sector is recommended.
  • 3 years of previous experience in the functions described
