Role Summary

We are looking for motivated people to join our team this summer as a production worker. The employee takes care of bagging the products and ensures the quality of each package, while respecting the safety and quality rules in force.

Responsibilities

  • Manual or automatic bagging of products;
  • Manually stack products on pallets or in shelves;
  • Receive, store or handle finished materials using the forklift;
  • Report to your team leader any product with a quality or non-compliance problem;
  • Clean production equipment;
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment;
  • Complete and process the necessary documentation;
  • Follow all procedures of the environmental management program applicable to your sector of activity;
  • Work safely at all times, adhere to all company safety policies (PPE, lockout, confined space, safe lifting practices, etc.);
  • Report all unsafe working conditions, accidents, incidents, and near-misses to the supervisor;
  • Maintain the general cleanliness of the factory, housekeeping and sweeping of the yard according to applicable standards;

All other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Be aged 18 or over;
  • Be able to work a rotating schedule (day-evening-night);
  • Have an interest in the manufacturing environment;
  • Have the ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive efforts and lifting loads of up to 30kg;

Demonstrate autonomy and resourcefulness.
