  • To strengthen our team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a committed and passionate Store Manager (m/f/d)
  • As a store manager, you are responsible for the holistic management of your store and take on the following tasks, among others:
  • Store performance and sales experience
  • Control and optimization of shop performance through targeted measures
  • Selling with passion – you offer our customers a unique experience with a sense of style and an emotional appeal
  • Actively building and maintaining the customer portfolio
  • Analysis and monitoring of relevant KPIs as well as deriving sales strategies and business goals
  • Develop and implement concrete action plans to increase sales and team performance
  • Ensuring attractive visual merchandising in compliance with brand standards - with attention to detail
  • Team leadership and development
  • Recruitment, integration and targeted development of new team members
  • Promoting product knowledge and service expertise across the entire team
  • Motivate employees through inspiring daily meetings
  • Exemplary leadership behavior through active coaching and regular, constructive feedback
  • Efficient store and back office management
  • Organization and monitoring of warehousing and the flow of goods
  • Close collaboration and clear communication with internal interfaces and support teams
  • Ensuring efficient processes and compliance with all administrative and organizational company policies

Requirements

  • You are communicative, have a positive demeanor and know how to motivate and develop your team with commitment
  • You have in-depth management experience in retail
  • You have experience working with KPIs and are confident in using MS Office
  • You are passionate about fashion and know the industry and current trends
  • You speak German and English fluently – additional language skills are a plus
