Role Summary

The role of a Solutions Architect is multidimensional and is a combination of competence "super powers". It combines the competences of a technical expert and business skills. In this role, you will work on the challenges faced by Future Processing in the area of using AI tools.

We are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Architect in one of the technologies - .NET, Java, Node.js, who also has strong experience in AI Boosted Delivery / SDLC - i.e. with the ability to create software using AI.

The person in this role
increases the maturity of the SDLC delivery process in projects using AI,
technological and architectural advice in designing AI solutions, taking into account costs, risks and business value,
designs the architecture of AI systems and solutions supporting the SDLC process in cooperation with engineering teams,
creates and develops solutions based on AI (e.g. AI agents) improving Delivery, in particular the software development process,

designs and implements autonomous SDLC pipelines in which AI evolves from the role of a code production assistant to the role of an independent system performing end-to-end tasks (e.g. requirements analysis, generating changes, testing, validation, creating PRs, quality monitoring, etc.),

co-creates the strategy and vision of AI-first SDLC and AI Delivery at the organization scale,

defines standards, patterns and good practices in the area of AI and architecture,

shares knowledge, mentors and develops the competences of technical teams.

We are looking for you if
you have at least 7 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years of practical work with AI solutions, in particular supporting the SDLC process,
you have solid architectural experience in designing and implementing systems using .NET, Java or Node.js technologies,
you have practical knowledge of at least one public cloud: AWS or Azure, including architecture design, service selection, cost and security aspects,
you created software as part of an automated, AI-assisted SDLC process, including development, testing and CI/CD,
you know and have used commercially in practice AI tools supporting development, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and the popular MCP,

you have very good knowledge of Generative AI and the integration of LLM models and understand their real application in business processes, delivery and software development,

you have experience in designing and implementing AI-based systems, such as RAG, semantic search, AI workflow and single- and multi-agent AI systems,

you have very good knowledge of designing autonomous AI agents and systems capable of independent software development (agentic coding / autonomous software engineering), including task orchestration, quality control, validation and decision-making within the SDLC,

you have practical experience in optimizing the costs and performance of LLM-based solutions, in particular in areas such as token usage optimization, prompt engineering, context management, caching, selection of models and parameters,

you have worked with Microsoft platforms in the context of AI (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Microsoft Agent Framework) or equivalent solutions,

you design and price AI solutions, taking into account business requirements, data specificity, technological limitations and maintenance costs,

you have experience in R&D activities in the area of AI, prototyping and iterative testing of solutions, where the goal is to build a fully autonomous SDLC process with elements of self-improvement (e.g. learning from mistakes, self-eval, feedback loop, automatic optimization of prompts, tools and pipelines).
