Solutions Architect (Java/.Net/Node)

Role Summary

The role of a Solutions Architect is multidimensional and is a combination of competence "super powers". It combines the competences of a technical expert and business skills. In this role, you will work on the biggest challenges facing Future Processing. In this role, you represent FP as an expert and technical consultant in contact with our clients.

AI is fundamentally changing the way software is developed. We are looking for an architect who not only knows Java, but consciously uses AI in everyday work - from analysis, through design, code production, code review and testing, to software implementation.

• The person in this role
• develops system architecture,
• influences the development of software development standards throughout the company,
• works with the client (delegations included),
• works with the development team,
• advises others and exchanges knowledge,
• engages in sales activities - supports the Presales and Account Delivery Managers team,
• produces software using Generative AI tools and techniques,
• supports the adoption of AI tools in the team and process,

takes into account AI capabilities when designing architecture and making technological decisions.

• We are looking for you if
• you have at least 6 years of experience working in IT, including min. one year of experience as a solutions architect - a must have,
• you have extensive knowledge of at least two backend technologies (e.g. Java + .Net or Node + Java)
• you have knowledge related to application and system architecture,
• experience working with React, TypeScript or Angular preferred
• you move freely in the cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• you speak English at C1 level,
• you have a high level of business awareness,
• you can boast of a high level of interpersonal, leadership and communication skills,
• you are open to business trips, client delegations,
• you use at least one of the AI tools in development work almost every day (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar),
• you are open to the AI-assisted software development process,

you are not afraid of challenges, responsibility and independence are your middle name.

Requirements

Nice to have

• ability to build prompts and conscious use of LLM in analysis, design and code review,
• experience in integrating LLM models with backend applications (e.g. via OpenAI API, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic),
• knowledge of more than one AI-assisted development tool and the ability to compare their applications.
