Social worker

Role Summary

• Report the monthly control of Medical Breaks, Family Allowance and licenses
• Administration of private insurance (SCTR, Collective Medical Assistance, Personal Accidents, Life Law) and Essalud
• Manage psychosocial / ergonomic talks with the AON broker
• Control and registration of Rímac insurance invoices for the corresponding payment
• Register, control and manage procedures for subsidies, breastfeeding and licenses according to current labor law
• Recovery of maternity benefits or temporary incapacity for work
• Assistance and monitoring of cases due to worker illness, incidents and work accidents
• Organize corporate and staff integration events
• Prepare and execute the Annual Social Welfare Plan
• Prepare and execute the action plan for pregnant and lactating workers

Provide induction to new staff on the company's Wellness Program.

Home visit to workers in specific cases

Celebration of activities (mother's day, father's day, among others)

Requirements

• Graduate in Social Work, with current professional skills
• Diploma and/or Specialization in Human Resources (Essential)
• Law No. 26790, Law on Modernization of Social Security in Health (Desirable)
• Private insurance (EPS, AMC, LIFE LAW, PERSONAL AC) (Desirable)
• Legal regulations for human resources administration. (desirable)
• Experience as a social worker or in the area of social welfare from 03 years or more
