Social Worker - La Libertad

Role Summary

We are looking for a Social Assistant responsible for promoting the comprehensive well-being of our collaborators and their families, through the execution of social, preventive and work environment programs aligned with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

Among its main functions are

• Design and execute educational, promotional and cultural programs aimed at staff and their families.
• Provide technical support on social welfare issues to the different areas of the organization.
• Carry out social and economic diagnoses of the working population
• Develop strategies aimed at minimizing staff turnover and strengthening the work environment.
• Coordinate and supervise the care of the Medical Assistance Insurance Program.
• Organize preventive health campaigns and days.
• Ensure compliance with the GIS in terms of Safety, Occupational Health and Environment.

Requirements

• Graduate in Social Work.
• Minimum experience of 02 years in similar positions.
• Knowledge of pension systems, economic benefits and administrative procedures.
• Knowledge of IPERC, IAAS and waste management.
• Knowledge of first aid.
• Knowledge of the Integrated Management System and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Use of Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
• Communication, empathy, organization and teamwork skills.
