Role Summary

We own some of the highest-reach local channels in Stuttgart. Hundreds of thousands see our content every day. Behind the channels there are two houses with an office: Endgame Entertainment (comedy, shows, artists) and Lokalhelden Marketing (meme channels, own ticketing platform). You will become our first permanent full-time editorial staff and help build up the social media editorial team.

Both companies are behind the position together: Endgame Entertainment produces comedy shows, live formats and artist management, Lokalhelden marketing the meme channels and its own ticketing platform. Responsibilities

• Editorial responsibility for our main Instagram channel stuttgarter meme: ideas, selection, timing, feed quality
• Content production: memes, reels, stories, with your own editing and AI support in the workflow
• Structure and management of the editorial team: Interns, working students and freelancers work for you
• Event-related assignments: comedy shows, concerts, cooperation with sports clubs in the region. Not just an office job
• Format development and analysis across our channels

Requirements

• Exceptional sense of content and internet humor. You know when a joke is right
• Safe editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar) and design basics (Canva/Figma)
• Stuttgart reference and confident German
• Intuition beats CV: Show us what you built, not where you were
