Smart Driving Demo Display Manager_XC

Role Summary

Job positioning: Responsible for presenting smart driving products that are mature or on the eve of mass production in the form of fleets and high-level route experiences. This role directly faces customer executives and the media, and the core is "the ultimate ride experience, zero-fault stability, and impeccable safety."

Responsibilities

1. Demo activity planning and execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, program design and on-site execution of large-scale intelligent driving dynamic demonstration (Demo Ride) activities for domestic and foreign mainstream OEMs, industry exhibitions (such as auto shows) and media;
2. Demo fleet construction and management: Responsible for the asset management and daily software and hardware upgrade and maintenance of the demo vehicle fleet, ensuring that the sensors are beautiful in appearance, the software and hardware versions are stable, and the demo vehicles are in a "highly available, fault-free" state at all times;
3. Design of demonstration scenes and experience routes: Based on the core selling points of the product and customer focus indicators, design visually impactful, safe and controllable demonstration scenes and experience routes based on local conditions to maximize the company's technical advantages;
4. On-site safety and emergency management: As the first person in charge of safety at the demonstration site, establish a complete demonstration safety management system (including safety officer training, emergency takeover plan, etc.) to ensure that all road tests and dynamic demonstrations are 100% safe;
5. User experience (UX) closed-loop optimization: Face to face with customer decision-makers (OEM executives, etc.) at the demonstration site, collect ride experience feedback and subjective evaluations, and promote the R&D and calibration teams to conduct special calibration optimization of system comfort (such as abrupt braking, rapid lane changes, etc.);
6. Standardized operation and promotion: refine and output dynamic demo standardized SOP (preaching words, safety officer operating specifications), and assist the pre-sales and marketing teams to conduct high-level technical explanations and product demonstrations

Requirements

1. Project coordination ability: More than 5 years of experience in intelligent driving testing, fleet operations or technical market, those with a background of successfully organizing and leading large-scale dynamic demonstrations or road test activities will be given priority;
2. Product and experience understanding: Familiar with the functional performance and technical limitations of ADAS/AD at all levels, able to have a keen insight into customers' subjective experience needs for ride comfort and security, and promote engineering improvements;
3. Customized expression ability: Have excellent technical explanation and on-site control capabilities, be good at transforming complex algorithmic logic into vivid and easy-to-understand on-site explanations, and be able to represent the company directly to high-end customers and media;
4. Crisis handling ability: able to remain calm in high-pressure on-site environments, with excellent ability to diagnose sudden software and hardware problems and coordinate on-site resources to quickly solve them;
5. Safety responsibility: Familiar with vehicle safety and road test regulations, with rich experience in road test safety management. Applicants holding domestic T3/T4 and other advanced autonomous driving test licenses are preferred;
6. Language ability: Those who speak English fluently and can independently receive overseas customer teams for real vehicle demo demonstrations and explanations will be given priority.
