Responsibilities

• Actively participate on the shop floor and grow our turnover by advising, inspiring and guiding customers.
• Coaching, training and motivating your team to get the best out of themselves.
• Ensure a perfect appearance of the store and compliance with our merchandising guidelines.
• Perform operational tasks such as opening/closing the store, inventory management and administrative work.
• Ensuring flawless execution of the Maje Customer Experience.

Requirements

We are looking for a driven leader with a passion for fashion and a big heart for customers and colleagues:

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to inspire a team.
• Customer-oriented, commercially minded and always looking for opportunities.
• Flexible, organized and stress-resistant.
• Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing) – additional languages are a plus.
