Your mindset

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. B. in the field of energy technology, system or operational electronics
• Professional experience in medium voltage, especially with gas-insulated switchgear
• Willingness to travel worldwide: Travel activity can vary from a few days to a few weeks
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Responsibilities

Your responsibility & mission

• Independent execution of service orders for customers, such as commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs
• You advise our customers on site or by telephone and help them solve existing problems. It goes without saying that you can also carry out orders abroad
• You work closely with colleagues from various departments as well as our customers and thus actively contribute to resolving escalations
• The documentation of all operations and maintenance protocols is a matter of course for you
