The Service Contracts Engineer ensures the management of fleets and key account customers.

He/she provides the interface between customers, suppliers and other departments of GE Vernova Power Conversion & Storage by advising customers on maintaining the operational efficiency of their fleet and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.

As a Contracts Engineer, you will join a team of experts and project managers based in Massy (91). You will be responsible for ensuring planning and coordination activities for services in order to respond to an order or customer need.

YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES

Reporting hierarchically to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of:

Contract management

• Manage customer communication and develop customer relationships
• Organize on-site interventions by proactively carrying out planned maintenance activities.
• Guarantee the execution of long-term service contract deliverables
• Initialize and monitor the shipping process for documents and equipment.
• Ensure the maintenance of databases of technical documentation, contracts, etc.
• Record and manage technical cases reported by customers in associated tools while providing initial technical support to customers

Management of Service Contracts

• Develop technical-commercial offers in conjunction with the sales team
• Promote GE Power skills, technical solutions (products, parts, etc.) and support
• Conversion and look for opportunities to extend maintenance contracts when possible.
• Ensure feedback (REX) and promote continuous improvement of processes
• Develop and ensure budgetary monitoring of contracts.

Requirements

TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE

• Training in power electronics and industrial computing (Engineering diploma, Master's degree or equivalent experience)
• Ideally 4-5 years of experience in project management or ideally Maintenance contracts
• Good knowledge on technical subjects such as electrical engineering, automation or IT
• Must have mastery of English (oral and written)
