The Server position is a critical role within our Hospitality Team. Servers are responsible for creating

a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional hospitality and gracious service to every guest.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest feels

valued and cared for.

•  Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
•  Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
•  Maintain a clean and inviting café environment

 Assist with restocking and cleaning as needed.

 Handle transactions efficiently with a positive attitude

•  Engage and communicate clearly with guests using the highest standard of hospitality.
•  Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
•  Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
•  Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams.
•  Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions.

Requirements

•  Serving experience required
•  Specialty Coffee experience a plus.
•  Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
•  Availability for nights and weekends.
•  Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
•  Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
•  Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
