The Dishwasher position is a support role within the Culinary Team. Their primary responsibility is to

maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to all protocols for the sanitization of

caféwares.

Responsibilities

•  Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.
•  Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.
•  Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
•  Handle café wares with care.
•  Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
•  Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
•  Communicate clearly and effectively

Requirements

•  Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
•  Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations
• Availability for nights and weekends.
•  Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
•  Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
•  Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
