Role Summary

CONTENT CREATION

Presence and production monitoring;

Post-production monitoring (retouches & delivery of planned assets).

Communication and coordination with internal departments (Style, Production, Purchasing, Retail, Digital) of photo/video content;

Monitoring of product conformity and arrivals with Purchasing, Production and Style;

Provision of content to meet the needs of Purchasing, Digital and Retail.

• Working hand in hand with the Communication and Operational Marketing teams;
• Monitoring and reconnaissance of models. Setting up and monitoring castings
• Updating the marketing plan with the different seasonal assets

SHOOTING

Help with preparing for shoots; packing and unpacking

Maintaining the e-commerce shooting tracking table (number of models shot per day);

Help with correct shooting gestures by answering questions about the product / its conformity / typical carry.

Preparing the showroom for styling appointments

Requirements

• Sensitivity to the world of fashion and image: liking to cultivate your references (photographers, videographers, ADs, models, competition, etc.);
• Agility and anticipation: knowing how to find solutions in the event of the unexpected. Ex: cancellation of a model, evolution of the marketing plan, bad weather, missing content, etc.);
• Ease of communicating and collaborating: fluidly discussing projects with different internal departments and external service providers;
• Organized and precise: respect a production schedule, shoot the planned products according to arrival dates, guarantee the accuracy of renderings and deliverables;
• Fluent and professional English.
