Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with German (EMEA) K/M at AFRY in Poznań, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes (from defining the need to employment)
• Close cooperation with managers and business leaders in the field of employment planning
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies tailored to business needs
• Active candidate acquisition (direct search, networking, sourcing)
• Building and developing a talent pipeline for key roles
• Ensuring high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process
• Consulting for hiring managers on the labor market, trends and best recruitment practices
• Supporting employer branding activities and building the AFRY brand as an employer
• Analysis and reporting of recruitment indicators and continuous improvement of processes

Requirements

• Several years of experience in conducting recruitment independently (experience at senior level preferred)
• Experience working in an international / EMEA environment will be a great advantage
• Ability to build relationships with business and act as a strategic partner
• Very good sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruitment tools
• Knowledge about the labor market and recruitment trends
• Ability to analyze data and work with KPIs
• Fluent knowledge of English
• Fluent knowledge of German
• Proactivity, independence and result orientation
