Senior Servicenow Developer

Role Summary

In the role of Senior Developer within ServiceNow, you will be a key player in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform for our customers. You ensure that technical solutions are of high quality, are sustainable and adapted to the customer's business. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Senior Developer who can take a strategic and operational role in our team deliveries.

Requirements

Your main tasks

• Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure technical quality and best practice in the solutions.
• Act as an advisor to customers regarding technical solutions and platform development.
• Lead technical workshops and requirements gathering with customers.
• Collaborate with process managers and other roles to ensure end-to-end solutions.
• Analyze and optimize existing solutions and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in the role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience in development and implementation within ServiceNow.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and a good understanding of web technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR or SecOps.
• Ability to lead technical dialogues and workshops with customers.
• Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
