(Senior) SEO Manager

You will take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our SEO channel. Do you want to actively shape organic growth? Do you think of SEO not just in rankings, but as strategic and do you combine analytical thinking with operational implementation? Then we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

What you take responsibility for

• Building and further developing a sustainable SEO strategy: You will continuously develop our SEO strategy and identify new growth potential, while creating scalable topic and content structures for sustainable organic growth.
• Further development of technical SEO: You will further develop our technical SEO architecture together with e-commerce and external IT and thus ensure a stable and scalable technical SEO basis.
• Establish SEO, GEO & AI Search: You will further develop our organic search strategy from SEO, technical SEO and content to GEO and AI search. In doing so, you identify new potential and ensure that we are visible where people are searching and making purchasing decisions today and tomorrow.
• Control and prioritization of SEO measures: You prioritize SEO measures based on data based on business impact and resources and ensure clear decision-making processes.
• Create synergy between content & SEO: You interlink content strategy and SEO, further develop optimization processes and integrate SEO requirements into content, brand and creative processes in a technical and creative way.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You coordinate cross-departmental SEO projects with e-commerce, CRO and the visual design team and ensure that SEO is integrated into relevant processes at an early stage.

Requirements

What you can score with

• Several years of professional experience in the area of SEO, ideally in e-commerce or an agency environment with strategic responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO and data-driven optimization.
• Experience in developing and implementing sustainable SEO strategies.
• Very good analytical skills and a confident use of SEO and web analysis tools.
• Experience prioritizing complex projects and working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills.
• High affinity for data, processes and continuous optimization.
