Your environment

You come into an environment in which finance is becoming a fixture: We support large S/4HANA transformations in medium-sized companies in various industries. So far we have covered the FI part via freelancers, now we are building up the expertise internally and you can actively help shape it.

What this means for you: You get real responsibility sooner than in a big consultation, without being thrown into the deep end. And because good advice takes time, we consciously plan the project load and billing hours: no twenty projects in parallel, no 60-hour weeks.

Your tasks

You work in S/4HANA transformation projects in the finance environment and take on your own topics step by step - from the first process workshop with accounting to go-live. Also:

Analyze and optimize financial processes together with our customers' accounting: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting and closing

Design suitable solutions in the SAP S/4HANA FI environment and implement them in customizing, including migration from the existing ECC system

Take responsibility for specific topics that grow with your experience - up to and including technical responsibility for your topic in the project

Be the translator between the department and the system: you explain SAP in a way that the accounting department understands and bring technical requirements cleanly into the system

Pass on your knowledge to junior consultants and build our internal knowledge base with us

Your profile

You want to really understand finance processes and not just process tickets. Numbers don't scare you, and the direct connection to the customer is the more exciting part of the job for you.

At least 2 years of consulting experience in the SAP FI environment, ideally from S/4HANA migration projects

Experience in FI customizing and a good understanding of the accounting processes behind it

CO knowledge is welcome, but not a requirement – our focus is around 80% FI

You explain SAP topics in a way that accounting can understand and translate technical requirements back into SAP solutions
