Senior Sales Consultant - Industrial Automation

Role Summary

We are looking for a professional with a strong consultative commercial profile to work on business development and growth with strategic industrial clients. This person will be responsible for understanding customers' operational challenges, building long-term relationships and connecting market needs to Schneider Electric's portfolio of automation, software and digitalization solutions.

More than a technical specialist, we are looking for someone capable of generating value through a consultative approach, acting as a strategic partner for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with strategic industrial customers.
• Identify business opportunities based on understanding customer challenges and objectives.
• Act in a consultative manner in the construction of value propositions.
• Coordinate internal resources such as product specialists, solution architects and pre-sales to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Map stakeholders and influencers of decision processes.
• Develop growth strategies for existing accounts and new opportunities.
• Promote solutions related to industrial automation, digitalization, process optimization and industrial software.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in B2B consultative sales for industry.
• Experience in providing direct service to end users.
• Experience in management and development of strategic accounts.
• Knowledge of the industrial environment and its processes.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Availability to travel in the Southeast region.

Desirable

• Experience in industrial automation.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs and industrial software.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, digitalization, MES, SCADA or process optimization solutions.

Differential

Have worked in automation, industrial software or digital transformation companies for industry, especially in commercial functions aimed at serving large accounts and end users.
