Role Summary
We are looking for an analytical person, with good communication skills and problem-solving orientation, to support the evolution of the commercial operation. This person will be responsible for transforming data into information for decision-making, working in partnership with commercial leaders and leading initiatives that guarantee the governance of the operation, the efficiency of processes, the visibility of indicators and the continuous evolution of the area.
Responsibilities
- Act as BP of the commercial team in the segment in which it operates
- Build analyzes and indicators to support commercial management.
- Develop and monitor management reports.
- Ensure the quality and governance of commercial information.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains in sales processes.
- Support commercial planning, monitoring goals and results.
- Work on continuous improvement and process automation projects.
- Work together with commercial leaders and partner areas to ensure the execution of initiatives.
Requirements
Skills
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to transform data into insights and support decision making.
- Ability to manipulate, organize and interpret large volumes of data.
- Excellent communication and ability to adapt the message to different audiences.
- Ease of building relationships and working with different stakeholders, especially commercial leaders.
- Proactive, organized and problem-solving profile.
- Ability to manage multiple demands and define priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Sense of ownership, curiosity and focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations or related areas.
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge in CRM and construction of indicators.
- Good communication and ability to interact with different stakeholders, translating data and analysis into information that supports decision making.
- Differentiators: • Knowledge in SQL, Experience with process automation and AI tools.
