A successful Senior Resident Engineer should have:* Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, including 5+ years in Dubai.* Proven experience with high-rise buildings (30+ floors) and hotel construction projects in Dubai or similar environments.* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).* A Dubai Engineer license is required (Unlimited License).* Strong understanding of local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards in Dubai.* Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.* Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines without compromising quality
