(Senior) Project Manager

As a Project Manager you take ownership of complex, international projects in the field of low and medium voltage solutions for data centers and other critical environments. You are the central link between customer, implementation team, factories and external partners and ensure safe, profitable and high-quality delivery.

You combine technical expertise, commercial acuity, stakeholder management and safety leadership to successfully realize high-value projects.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include

• Act as primary customer contact throughout the entire project life cycle.
• Leading complex low and medium voltage projects from transfer, through implementation and commissioning, to successful delivery.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with international customers and project partners.
• Monitoring technical quality, scope, planning, budget, cash flow, profitability and project performance.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to achieve critical milestones on time and as agreed.
• Preparing and supervising Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning and transfer to service.
• Manage contractual obligations, change requests, additional and reduced work, claims, risks and opportunities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards and Schneider Electric processes.
• Ensure clear reporting and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and coordination.

Requirements

• You are an experienced Project Manager who knows how to structure complex technical projects and effectively guide teams, customers and partners towards the desired result.
• You communicate clearly, take ownership and remain decisive in an environment where safety, customer satisfaction and business results come together.

In addition, you have

• At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager within electrical, industrial or power distribution projects.
• Demonstrable experience with customer-oriented project implementation and stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, energy distribution or comparable electrical solutions.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of HSE guidelines and safety standards.

You will become part of an experienced Project Execution Team with Project Managers, Project Leaders and Work Planners. Together you realize complex customer projects within a dynamic, international and results-oriented environment.

What You're Going To Do

As a Project Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end realization of medium to large customer projects in low and medium voltage distribution. These projects are technically complex, often have a high project value and require structured implementation and strong ownership.

You manage projects from transfer to delivery and ensure that technology, planning, budget, quality, safety and customer expectations remain well aligned.
