Role Summary

You advise our clients in all project phases on technical issues relating to TGA. This includes, in particular, feasibility studies, technical inventory analyses, technical due diligence examinations, variant studies, technical risk analyzes as well as the creation and plausibility of cost estimates and cost frameworks. In addition, you will accompany the tendering and management of external specialist planners from concept development to commissioning.

Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and protocols.

Monitoring and controlling all TGA-relevant activities during the course of the project.

  • Participation in technical design reviews and construction inspections to ensure feasibility and quality
  • Development and implementation of appropriate strategies to achieve project milestones on time
  • Ensuring an effective and timely flow of information between all contracting parties
  • Leading and participating in important project meetings including progress reports, problem solving and communicating relevant impacts to stakeholders
  • Ongoing review of project scope and assessment of budget and schedule impacts
  • Identification of potential risks and delays and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
  • Carrying out cost analyzes to support project management

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed your technical studies in the field of building technology or similar.
  • As a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) with TGA expertise, you have around 10 years of relevant professional experience in building construction projects.
  • She is characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, quick comprehension, and the ability to think analytically and in a network.
  • You have proven experience in the areas of feasibility studies, cost estimation, technical due diligence as well as the evaluation and analysis of MEP/TGA concepts.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English and enjoy working in multicultural teams.
  • You have experience with large and complex projects.
  • You have a healthy mix of assertiveness and empathy, determination and team orientation and work independently, detailed and carefully.
